Today, I had a fitting with my personal tailor (chewah!! macam mak datin gitu ...!!) Lo and behold! .... was very shocked to discover everything has grown about 2 cm!!! It's really not something I want to hear right now. At the back of my mind I can see my hubby nagging me to "jangan makan malam lagi dah!". That's easier said than done. I need a more practical and less toturous solution!! I need to eat. In my defence ... my six weeks of QA course in INTAN was the reason for my weight gain ... lack of exercise - just sitting on my butt the whole time, eating tit bits, more sleep, frequent meals etc etc etc
Well ... I've decided that starting next week, I will start jogging/brisk walking around Putrajaya everyday or every other day after office hours ... anyone who wants to join me are welcome .. you know how to reach me. My goal is to lose at least 10 kgs before I start my PhD in Oct 2009. I know i won't look like kak Catherine Zeta Jones or Cindy Crawford, but at least I hope to not cringe the next time I see my own photo! I'll keep you posted on this. So, until and unless i reach my goal, I won't be putting up any photo of myself here .... my battle of the bulge goes on...
